Your responsibilities

• Assisting in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing hands-on support to users
• Gaining exposure to installation, configuration, and maintenance of various IT systems
• Supporting network administration tasks and learning about network infrastructure
• Participating in the development and implementation of IT solutions
• Actively documenting workflows and technical processes, enhancing organizational skills
Your profil
• Enrollment in a university program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), and networking technologies
• Experience with common office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Self-motivated and well-organized work style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
