EIFER seeks a student for an internship position (m/f/d) with the title "Assistant Research Software Developer".

Start: as soon as possible
Duration: max. 6 months (compulsory internship)
Weekly working hours: 39.5
Remuneration: 560€ monthly

Responsibilities
- Improve existing front-end code base
- Learn to build intuitive web interfaces to accommodate user requirements
- Build compatible software with modern cloud architecture

Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a University student (preferred study subjects: Computer Science, Software Engineering)
- Comfortable in web programming (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Base knowledge of the web framework VUE would be a plus.
- Understanding of Git version control.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to submit code for review and actively incorporate feedback.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in energy research and sustainability.
