This HiWi job is to approach digital marketing for the KIT graduate school of Quantum Matter (KSQM)Your tasks:• Create high-quality content such as blog posts, videos, and infographics related to graduate programs and student life which addresses the needs of the prospective PhD students.
• Establish a presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to connect with the potential audience. Share informative content, engage with comments, and run targeted ads.
• Create an email list of interested prospects and regularly send them updates about KSQM, registration deadlines, success stories, and useful resources.
• Create engaging videos that showcase campus, faculty, testimonials, and program highlights. Share these on YouTube and social media platforms.
• Encourage satisfied students to leave positive reviews on platforms like Google, Facebook, and education websites. Monitor and respond to reviews.
• Foster an online community of current students, alumni, and prospective students through social media groups or forums. Encourage discussions and provide valuable insights.
What we wish for:
• You have interest/experience in marketing, communications or a related field
• Strong writing and content creation skills. Experience in managing marketing strategies and media accounts
• Strong communication skills, ability to work flexibly in a team.
• Good knowledge of English, ideally with German, but not obligatory. Salary:
Hiwi during Bachelor Study : 13,98 €/h
Hiwi with Bachelor degree: 14,87€/h
Hiwi with Master degree: 20,20€/hWorking hours:
4-6 hrs / week
