Description

We are seeking a chemistry or chemical engineering student with an interest in analytical methods and data analysis.

Responsabilities
Drawing and Editing Chemical Structures
Create accurate 2D and 3D representations of organic molecules in formats compatible with ACD/ChemSketch or ChemDraw.
Spectroscopy Data Management (ACD/Labs)
Import molecular structures and generate, process, and export NMR spectra (¹H, ¹³C) using ACD/Labs Spectrus Processor.
Export numerical results and metadata to .txt and .csv files, applying a consistent naming convention.
Organisation of Chemical-Property Data
Consolidate and format data generated with Aspen Plus and/or ACD/Labs Percepta .
Processing and Standardisation of GC-MS Results
Compile tables of retention times, quantification data, and mass spectra or assigned structure names.
Harmonise compound identifiers (CAS numbers, IUPAC names, etc) and response factors across datasets.
