15 Positions available at CDI, Europe’s leading tech talent accelerator, with industry assignments including to some of the most successful German Technology Corporates listed in the DAX40. Industry project assignments are typically located at the interface between technology and market, like product innovation, digital transformation, project management, etc. in industries like automotive, aerospace, chemistry, electronics, energy, health, manufacturing, pharma, process, semiconductors, transportation, depending on qualification of each candidate.

You are highly motivated and ambitious to create an impact in the real world throughout your professional life. You have an excellent master’s degree in engineering or science from one of the top European universities, and you are willing to work very hard on your personal development and your management skills.

In parallel to your corporate project assignment, you will follow intense business seminars with plenty of complex and demanding real-life case studies. In small classes, and together with highly talented and diverse European peers, we will train your soft skills including communication, negotiation and leadership.
