Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic product management team in Minerals & Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic marketing, market research, and category development in a globally recognized company. As an intern, you will work closely with our strategic marketing manager and our product management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Innovation and Strategy
Support our strategic marketing manager in developing and implementing a global product portfolio strategy that aligns with the corporate goals and priorities. Be part of
• Developing of a global product portfolio strategy
• Managing of our innovation project portfolio
• Supporting new product launches
Market Intelligence
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs in different regions and applications
• Market and competitor analyses
• Market and product segmentation
Branding & Marketing
Support positioning and brand messaging across all global markets.
• Development of communication strategies, product positioning and value proposition for various segments
• Creation of product information, sales documents and presentations. Prepare training materials for Sales and support internal communication
