Booking of your participation possible as of January 23, 2024

Booking steps - briefly explained

Register in the Career Service portal or log in with your existing account and subscribe to the KIT Career Service company newsletter - this will keep you informed about the start of the booking period.
From January 23, 2024, you can log in and book your place for the KIT Career Fair 2024.
Log in to the Career Service Portal (booking link here) and select which primary target group you are looking for in the webshop.
After that, you will be shown the two days of the fair - here you may choose one of the days: May 14 or May 15, 2024.
In the third step, you select the stand type: Basic Package, Pagoda, Pagoda with Front Garden.
In the last step before the booking is completed, you can book more job ads and access to the student profiles in the Career Service Portal to search for students yourself.
After you have completed the booking process, you will quickly receive a response from us whether your booking could be confirmed.
After the confirmation you will get access to your personal online fair area, where you may enter all information for your fair appearance. Here you will also receive all important information about your career fair day from us.
