Authentic Leadership builds on the experience that people are particularly productive, creative and positively motivated when they consider what they are doing to be coherent, meaningful and right for them. The ‘Authentic Leadership’ module offers a sound introduction to what it means to be authentic. Two basic skills are central to this: Self-reflection and self-awareness.Contents:- The importance of authenticity for your own life, especially your leadership role
